Project team of Dresden:
Thomas Koehler is Professor for Educational Technology at the Institute for Vocational Education of Dresden University of Technology. He is also Director of the Center for Open Digital Innovation and Participation and chairs the E-Learning Task Force of the Saxonian Rectors conference. In 2012 he has been elected as President of the International Society of Media in Science. At TU Dresden he teaches since 2004 several courses in Educational Technology and at DIU Dresden since 2009 Media Communication. Besides he was and is lecturing at a number of academic institutions worldwide. Only in 2021-2022 he is a visiting Professor at Genasha University Indonesia.
Qualifications: He studied at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena (Germany) and Swarthmore College (USA) and holds degrees in psychology and sociology, received his Ph.D. in communications psychology from FSU Jena in 1999.

Stefan Erbe has a degree in business administration and many years of professional experience in university management. Since 2020, he has been completing a part-time master’s degree in business management.
He has already worked at TUDIAS (Technische Universität Dresden Institute of Advanced Studies) and at DIU (Dresden International University) as a project manager, responsible for marketing and public relations as well as organization and IT.
Since 2012, he has headed the department of study organization at Dresden International University, which is responsible for course management, examination management, quality management, student lifecycle management, and formal university management.
He is a member of the German team in Erasmus+ project Digital Inclusion in Teacher Education (digitclue).

Robert Kleemann has been studying to become a teacher for vocational schools with the specializations “Electrical/Information Technology” and “Metal/Mechanical Engineering” as well as the subject “Community Studies/Legal Education/Economics” at the TU Dresden since 2016. He is currently working on his diploma thesis on the topic of digital inclusion of teachers.
He is working as a member of German team in Erasmus+ project Digital inclusion in teacher education.

SeyedSohrab Hejazi received his master’s degree in computer science with honors in August 2003. He currently works as a research assistant at the Center for Open Digital Innovation and Participation (CODIP) at the TU Dresden, in the projects “Competent Collaboration in the Network” (KoKoN) and “Teaching with Digital Media in Saxony” (UndiMeS), and as a freelance consultant.

Sandra Richter (until August 2022) is Digital Manager of Dresden International University and in this role deals with the digitalisation of processes and teaching and learning settings. She also works as a freelance consultant with a focus on corporate learning and digitality.
